Hello,hello!
I am from this small,but cozy city located in Europe. Riga. I will not be surprised if you have no idea where it is.
Riga is in Latvia. We have beautiful architecture, small amount of people, but we have big heart and a looot of good food. Even usually it all fried and deep cooked,now we also have some super healthy,all vegetarian and vegan restaurant and cafes! And today I would like to give you some recommendations and advice where you can go if you will be in Riga :)
I hope you will have this post useful and will get something from it :)

RAW Garden
Raw Garden is city’s only raw food place to be found in two separate locations within the centre, meaning this particular food is prepared in low temperatures not higher than 45°C to make sure the maximum amount of vitamins and enzymes is preserved. Cooked meals also are gluten and lactose free.
Raw Garden has a lunch offer, yummy deserts, breakfast and all kind of green juice heaven drinks. And also a shop selling things like sea salt, buckwheat musli, hemp protein powder, quinoa seeds and many other superfoods that you can not find in the regular shop.

     Miit Cafe and  bicycle bar 

You may not know it about Riga, but we have a lot, I mean a LOOOT hipster places where everything just scream and want to be Instagramed. And Miit Cafe is one of these beautiful, all ready for Instagram photo place.

Miit Cafe what started as a bar and fixed-gear bicycle workshop has now morphed into a trendy cafe serving coffee made using a variety of bizarre methods, freshly-made cakes and a variety of vegetarian food. 
Miit Cafe is a just one of the many unique local cafe located in Riga centr. You don’t even need to have a beard, a bike or Insta account to enjoy Miit’s vibe, just a positive vibes ( but you will feel it anyway after visiting these beautiful place)

If you are looking for a popular lunch spot in Riga and you are vegetarian, your welcome to visit stockPOT. 
Quite a popular lunch spot who serve  less known treats from the Caucasus and Mediterranean region, age old recipes and the most contemporary fusion-style creations. And they did not forget about us, vegetarians ( wonder souls), so you and your not-vegetarian friend will find something tasty from menu.

Hello everyone!
 Who does not like pancakes raise your hand, please. Can't see any!
I LOVE-LOVE-LOOOOVE pancakes. Any kind and with almost everything on it. But I am quite lazy to wash all the dishes afterwords so you can't see pancakes in my house so often.
But this recipe have only 2 ingredients, so you do not need to wash a lot dishes. And is healthy. Like almost super-food.
So try it and comment me if you like it ;)




INGREDIENTS

  • 1 Ripe Banana, sliced
  • 2 Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place the eggs and banana in the blender. Blend until a smooth
  2. Heat a nonstick skillet
  3. Spray the skillet with non stick spray
  4. Add the batter to the skillet in the shape of a pancake and let space them out since they tend to spread
  5. When bubbles start to form, flip the over and cook for 10 seconds on the other side
  6. Remove from heat and enjoy!

An Easy Tropical Green Smoothie that actually tastes GOOD, only has 5 ingredients, is dairy free, nutritious, and an energy booster!
I have never been a smoothie kinda girl. I would much rather have coffee in the morning . Smoothie is just not my thing. But maybe it is because I never can make a good one. In my recepies there is always something missing. So let's try with me one more time!



Ingredients

  • 1½ cups spinach
  • 1 cup fresh cubed pineapple
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • ¾ cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk


Instructions
  1. Add spinach, fresh pineapple, strawberries, banana, and almond milk to the blender.
  2. Blend until smoothie.
  3. Easy- peasy ;)

Another chocolate recipe is here. I think you  can already understand how much I love chocolate. We all have our witnesses. 


Sometimes I wish you had scratch and sniff on your computers so you could fully understand and smell the amazingness of these banana muffins.
So let's  make it!
Ingredients
  • 3 bananas
  • ¼ cup of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup of greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup of coconut oil, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1⅔ cup of white whole wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ⅓ cup of mini chocolate chips


Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. In a large bowl, add bananas. Using a fork mash up bananas until just very small lumps are left. Add honey, vanilla extract, greek yogurt, coconut oil, and egg.
  3. Using a fork mix until combined.
  4. Add in cocoa powder, white whole wheat flour, salt, and baking soda. Using a spatula, mix until wet and dry ingredients are completely combined!
  5. Fold in the mini chocolate chips.
  6. Line each muffin tin with a cupcake liner (or spray with pam so muffins don't stick to pan if not using liner).
  7. Fill each muffin tin ¾ of the way full.
  8. Bake for 15-17 minutes.

Hello!
So, it almost Friday ( still 2 day till Friday, but who even care about it?) and Fridays are perfect for some yummy deserts that do no need a billion hours for preparation.
                                                                                 

 And it autumn so you do not need to sit on the diet and eat salads all-day every-day. You can just hide it under comfy sweeter and nobody will ever know how many cookies or chocolate you ate ;)




 So for this recepie you will need:
300  gr. (1/5 cup) of oats
3 sp of honey 
3 sp of coconut oil
1/4 tsp of   baking powder
a little bit of salt
optional: vanilla extract and sugar
Preparation:
1. In a medium bowl, cream together  baking powder, 3 sp  honey, 3 sp of coconut oil, a little bit of salt, vanilla extract and sugar. Mix it well with the blender and left it in the  fridge for 30 min or more ( of you have time)
2. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets. Roll the dough into walnut sized balls, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
3. Cook aroun 15-20 min. 
4. Enjoy!
